LEADERSHIP IN ACTION WITH LIBERATING STRUCTURE

This is a one-day professional development workshop for middle- and senior-level library professionals, organized by ADINET (Advance Information Network of Libraries in Gujarat). The workshop, titled “Leadership in Action with Liberating Structure,” focuses on developing effective leadership skills and practical approaches to managing and leading library teams.

The workshop will explore ways to encourage participation, collaboration, and effective teamwork among library professionals. Participants will learn how Liberating Structures can be used to improve meetings, discussions, decision-making, communication, and team engagement.

The program aims to help middle- and senior-level professionals strengthen their leadership capabilities, build more collaborative and innovative library organizations, and create more effective working environments through practical leadership approaches and tools.
