modern information and library environments. The session will provide a
useful foundation for understanding the practical AI applications
discussed throughout the workshop.

2. Prompt Engineering and Generative AI (GPT)

4. RAG-Based Chatbot Solutions and Workflow Using AI Agents
This practical session explores
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based chatbot solutions

into workflows. The session also covers chatbot workflows on
local and live servers, providing insights into
